A consultation lasts 50 minutes. You can come with whatever feels important to you at that moment.
You don’t need to know in advance where to begin or what you would like to change. During our conversation, we won’t rush to find quick answers or solutions.
I will listen, ask questions, and together we will explore your experience, trying to better understand what is happening and what truly matters to you.

Humanist Ceremony Writer and Celebrant (HIA)
Over four years of experience creating and leading humanist ceremonies. In preparing for each ceremony, I get to know people closely - their stories, relationships, and values - and through individually written texts, I aim to reflect with sensitivity and authenticity what truly matters to them.
The number of consultations is not determined in advance - it depends on your situation, your needs, and what you would like to explore. Sometimes a few sessions may be enough to focus on a specific issue, while at other times you may wish to continue for longer and dedicate more time to a deeper understanding of yourself.
Yes. What you share during consultations is confidential. Confidentiality may only be limited in exceptional circumstances, for example, if there is a real risk to your own or another person’s health or life, or when disclosure is required by law.
Consultations are available in Lithuanian and English. You can choose the language in which you feel more comfortable expressing your experiences, feelings, and what matters to you.
